Prints

These are some prints I made in my monotype class

These are honeycomb tiles that I've made for the house installation I'm building for my thesis. They will go on the outside of the house, while the inside will be painted a certain kind of wallpaper.
These honeycombs are acrylic gel transfers on canvas. I sewed into them, glued paper around them, and coated them in encaustics (wax). I will be making three or even four times as many.

Fabric Landscapes

These are a series of been working on lately for my thesis. I want to get frames from thrift stores to put them in.

Printmaking

These prints I made in my monotype class, they have been my favorite prints I've made thus far

Stump

This is a stump I made last semester in my drawing projects class. I like the idea of putting objects such as this in my thesis.

Pie Makiing

So this is a giant pie I'm making that will be apart of my thesis in the fall. I believe I will be constructing a honey comb home in which the pie will be inside of. I'm researching scents and sounds in which I will also include in this house.

The pie has to do with that homey feeling. In my art I deal with issues of abandonment or displacement of home, and I try to reinvent what I believe home to be.
