Heavy Hearts Smash The Atom, Stand Silent

So I've come a long way since my last post. I added a ton to this piece: fish, birds, shoelaces, hat, finished the hair roots. Now I just have to figure out how the heck I'm going to hang it in the museum! Probably a ton of wire. I cannot believe my show is in less than two weeks! This semester has gone by so fast, but I am so stoked to see it all come together.

Honeycombs and Girl

Hello All,
So I took some pictures yesterday of the honeycombs all together on the wall. Check it out!

I am also working on this new piece, its me lying down with a plant growing out of my heart. The whole thing is hand sewn, but still not finished just yet. The heart is removable, and the hair is turning into roots which will continue onto the floor.
